Korean Tteokbokki

Tteokbokki is a popular Korean food made of garae-tteok, a cylindrical shaped rice cake. Unlike Philippine rice cakes which are usually sweet, tteokbokki is spicy and savory. It is usually made with fish cake and egg as added ingredients and is seasoned with gochujang, a Korean chili paste.
