Fuity Breakfast to Reduce Uric Acid Level

I just had a recent visit to the doctor and laboratory test results showed I have high uric acid level. I'm not feeling any joint pains right now but I'm not waiting for it to happen. It's time to eat healthy, not just at random times, but all the time. Hopefully, I could make it a habit. 

I did a lot of research about uric acid and found out that eating fruits and veggies is the best way to counter it so here it goes - my fruity breakfast: watermelon, kiwi and cherries plus flavored yogurt. No red meat, less sea food (my fave...huhu!) for now.
