Sunday’s Shutter Delights | Blue Marlin à la Pesto

Blue Marlin à la Pesto

This is an old photo of a weekend dish I prepared weeks ago. I called it blue marlin à la pesto because I used basil, garlic and olive oil to prepare it. It's a very easy and simple weekend dish. Just clean the fish; season it with garlic, crushed basil (dried basil will do) and salt to taste; then fry it in olive oil. Serve with warm rice and mixed veggies sautéed in butter for a hearty meal. If you're a dip-person,  soy-chili-mansi  would be a good choice, but serving without is just fine.

Simple and easy, right? Do you have some simple and easy to prepare dish for the weekend? Share it in the comment section below. 😊
