Sunday's Shutter Delights | Uncle Tetsu's Japanese Cheese Cake

Japanese cheese cake - Php 299/per cake

Curious, always willing to try something new - that's how I would describe myself when it comes to food. Last March, I got curious with this bakeshop near SM mega mall's grocery store - Uncle Tetsu's. So one Friday afternoon, I stopped at their store, checked out their offerings, bought the classic cheese cake and then head straight to my apartment to have a taste of this cheese cake. So how would I describe this Japanese cheese cake? Fluffy, velvety, light (not too sweet with a hint of cream cheese), not your typical cheese cake. It's more like our local mamon actually, a "classy" mamon. :P
